Born and raised in a borough called Queens. To be exact Ozone Park was the Scene. Where shopping cart's were wagon's, road's were called Street's. Where house door's were Unlocked, as we played Hide and Seek. Where parent's sat out on the porch All Night. While kid's played stick ball, RedLight, GreenLight. Dad's called/whistled from the window to come and Eat. But before you came in, Mom said wipe your Feet. Played at Park's that are now called Playground's. Went to Church on Sundays SHHHHH couldn't make a Sound. Where everyone new someone and were related some How. Block Parties and Feast's were the talk of the Town. Walk up to 101st Avenue every 4th of July. Help the BOYZ shoot off fire work's High in the Sky. The Avenue's we cruised were our night's Out. To show off your car or just Hangout. Clothe's hung on clothesline's for everyone to SEE. That was my Neighborhood, My Home
