Our Paradox
Sagittarius and Gemini
Two opposing signs in the night sky
You the hunter
Me the twin
You the yang
Me the yin
You are winter
I am summer
You are blunt
I am subtle
You the teacher
me the student
Crazy together
Remaining prudent
Words come fast when you speak
Mine come slow when i write
You see the dark,
And I see the light
Two independent souls,
Complimenting perfectly
Dependent on each other
To achieve harmony
So many differences,
yet at the core
We are so alike,
And always needing more
But can it ever be enough,
Can we exist despite
You are not my husband
And I am not your wife
Two opposing signs in the night sky
You the hunter
Me the twin
You the yang
Me the yin
You are winter
I am summer
You are blunt
I am subtle
You the teacher
me the student
Crazy together
Remaining prudent
Words come fast when you speak
Mine come slow when i write
You see the dark,
And I see the light
Two independent souls,
Complimenting perfectly
Dependent on each other
To achieve harmony
So many differences,
yet at the core
We are so alike,
And always needing more
But can it ever be enough,
Can we exist despite
You are not my husband
And I am not your wife
