I know you're hungry like me
I know you're starving spiritually

curiosity is the fuel
to this species energy

But when the gas light turns on
the E stands for ecstasy
provocative promises
and induced epiphany

filling the void that wants to be loved

we are freezing cold hands
waiting to be kissed
by motherly gloves

to feel soft dove feathers
rain from the world above

to remember the first deep
breath to ever expand our young lungs
and
the last exhale into the great beyond

nothing can break our singular bond

in the great beyond our conscious self returns back to God
we are one
we are whole
the soul that speaks
in this beautiful collage
that reaks of death
and brings pain without cause

But that's the beauty of it all

An eternal power
wants to be humble and fall
because it might be greener
on the other side
given an eternity
you might want another try

so think twice

before risking this crazy life
it might be our only chance
to experience heaven and hell
at the same time
