Mayonaka Sachiko

The animal inside of him hunts for selfishness,
While his heart searches for her in the dark waters,
Stuck in between screaming "I love her" and whispering " but let me out,"
All she hears is his painful cry,
Witnessing a solider alone out on the battlefield,
Fighting,
Fighting not another man but himself,
Isolating himself from his own world and not flowing with earth's rotation,
His woman awaits his return,
Having to go on day by day without the sound of him,
Without the sight of him,
Without the scent of him,
Without the feel of him,
Without the energy that connects them both,
All she has left to help her survive are the thoughts of him,
Their vivid memories serenades her to slumber,
The image of him covers her with peace for she knows he'll return,
He'll return once his battle is over,
He'll return once he's won his war,
And as midnight falls,
He will find himself back at home,
Near her heart and in her arms,
Forever,
Because he has found himself in her,
He found himself deep in her love,
He found his light in mayonaka.

Epilogue: Loving another being is wonderful, but accepting all of that being is rare in this society. We love, hoping for something in return, failing to realize that we've already gotten something out of it...getting to feel one of the many emotions God blessed us with, love. And the best part is, we get to GIVE it to someone. We have the chance to show everyone love. But with love comes understanding. We have to understand that not everyone is at the highest point of their lives when we enter them and that's definitely OKAY. There's no time constraint on development and growth. So to sum it all up: would you stop watering a seed just because it wasn't growing fast enough for you? No. You'd continue to be attentive, you'd continue to water it and put enough soil so it would grow into something mad beautiful yo. The same patience we need to have for the growth of a plant, we need to have for each other. Don't walk away from something that's worth the fight. And don't pull away from someone who remains still in your troubled waters.

Much love to those who've been supporting me and much love to the masses,
Rainchild
