She, The Universe
In her eyes, I see the galaxies
Her hair makes the distant seas
An embrace like a black hole
I never hope to escape or control
In place of eyes are planets pearled
Glittering with promises of a new world
Her breath is an atmosphere
Drowning me to keep me here
This lovely place, vast new land
Completely contained within her hand
She steps forward on gentle feet
Offering forth the starlit heat
Grasped so tightly in her orbit’s grip
Her teeth upon her bottom lip
Such a being made to tempt
The minds of artists so unkempt
She’s a complex universe within
And I, a person, lost in her skin.
Her hair makes the distant seas
An embrace like a black hole
I never hope to escape or control
In place of eyes are planets pearled
Glittering with promises of a new world
Her breath is an atmosphere
Drowning me to keep me here
This lovely place, vast new land
Completely contained within her hand
She steps forward on gentle feet
Offering forth the starlit heat
Grasped so tightly in her orbit’s grip
Her teeth upon her bottom lip
Such a being made to tempt
The minds of artists so unkempt
She’s a complex universe within
And I, a person, lost in her skin.
