Mossy Bank

Moss still grows    
where pines once shaded,    
Bright green cushions    
emerald in the sun    
   
Gems of finest water    
Calming,gentle,soft    
as woman's hand.    
Pine trees gone,    
   
No more  shade    
Foxglove spires,    
purple blooms    
to calm the heart.
