The Vote for No-one

We vote 'em in
we vote 'em out
the government's an ass
each politician's principle
a dose of laughing gas
 
A bill for this  
a bill for that
fresh statutes by the score
the old boy network thrives
never nourishing the poor
 
War is good for business
so if all else fails  
they'll start one
until we tow the party line
beside a smoking gun
 
On Whitehouse lawns
they scheme and plot--  
a five year plan to drain us
and soon to be announced
taxation on your anus
 
But next time  
let's get smarter
seize matters by the throat
'cause they'll all be made redundant
if no-one casts their vote
