The past, the future, the present, it all works in mysterious ways
Time keeps ticking, yet feels to slow or go to fast
Memories blending in to make you forget whats happened already and what is happening
Maybe this is just a memory, for we get closer to death each day
They say we have a quick retake of our lives right before we die

Who knows, they know, everyone thinks nothing will happen
But the times we say "I'll do it tomorrow".... what if we don't have tomorrow
Maybe tomorrow is the one day too late to fix yesterdays mistakes

Make the best of the what ifs of tomorrow, like today will be your last
Every breath we take, never said it will come again

We all make mistakes, finding them out the hard way
