the white shell

there it was
why did I pick it up,
I don't collect,
I don't give a damn
about a stupid shell
but then why?

why did I pick it up?

"Pour some water,
into my soul
I'm stranded in the sand
the torrid sun melts my body
to flow into your cold heart
take me in your hands
please pour me gently
into the depth of you
hold me to your ears
hear my cry
hear my song"

there she was
wearing a white silk
revealing her curves
raven hair
covered the eyes
violet lips
whispered the lies

"Will you find me,
in the depths of the blues
through deep chasms
will you find me,
in the haze of hues
into the darkness
will you find me?"

yes I will...
