No Love

When born we all look for a mother to look up to
When growing up we look for a mother or father to love us..
When alive we just want to feel like we matter to the world

She seen the light of day change to night
She seen more blood that you can count on a knife

She wanted to be loved maybe accepted
But each time she walked out the house or stayed to herself.. Family looked better

Just a smile to disguise the pain
They pushed all her hurt down a drain

She searched for a mothers love, couldnt wait to say the words mom
Except.. There was no love.. It was all gone

  Family turned their back
Dad was no where to be found
Mother mine as well buried her daughter into the ground

Her mothers house was a broken home
She felt the same way she felt in NJ.. like she was alone

  Mother spit words of hate
Daughter wondered how much longer should she stay

Mother smacked her around a few times
But its discipline... I see no crime

She dreamed of being next to her mother for so long
But no one told her that shed have to pretend to be strong

A mother love is what she hoped for
Instead got kicked and thrown to the floor

A heart.. Her love completed.. But theres still a hole
It doesnt take much for her heart to turn cold

So much anger for the world
Just a broken 18 year old girl

So much anger towards her mother
Its as if they have hatred for eachother

She continues to bury the pain and hurt deep within
You'll never get to know her deadly sin

  Knife so shiny
  Razor so clean
  Pills so strong
Just one shot and shes gone

Cant do that with a child on the way
Yeah.. Shes pregnant and promises to be a better mom
When her son or daughters storm sets in she will keep them calm

But in order to fight her childrens demons..
She must kill her own..
