Has She Gone Forever
Twas the night before we were to part
Her journey was to break my heart
She had decided to go away
I could not persuade her to stay
Was all our loving in vain
Will she come back again?
We shared a bed for near a year
What has she got to fear?
I'll miss her body and lively mind
She has a instinct to be kind.
But her departure is so cruel
No good reason; I feel a fool
In our bed before she left
We caressed breast to breast
No mood to fuck her like a whore
Because twas the night before.
Her journey was to break my heart
She had decided to go away
I could not persuade her to stay
Was all our loving in vain
Will she come back again?
We shared a bed for near a year
What has she got to fear?
I'll miss her body and lively mind
She has a instinct to be kind.
But her departure is so cruel
No good reason; I feel a fool
In our bed before she left
We caressed breast to breast
No mood to fuck her like a whore
Because twas the night before.
