Regret...
Come closer,
Enough to see,
The man I am,
And the man I will be,
For time changes any man,
As he can adapt,
Whether on dry land or sea,
So watch me as I let her go,
If its for the best,
I may never know,
But the rest,
Will be hidden away,
In the pain,
I'll never show,
So now I'm a man,
Not who I want to be,
Just a man,
Alone in this world,
Regrets many,
Mostly for her,
Lessons learned too late,
Nothing to do with destiny nor fate,
But my decisions alone,
Have lead me away from home,
Away from her arms,
From Where I am supposed to be.
