It rained all day today.
All I could think
about
was him.
Him.
Who I had
to detach
myself from.
Sunny days
or
rainy days
they're all the same
when you love
someone
and they're miles
and miles away.
So close, yet so far.
Some things are best left unspoken.

Fine work Shadow! They say absence makes the heart grow fonder, but that's one platitude that often fails. Too long an absence and that heart may break. I hope your love returns soon. Meanwhile, this is a beauty.
