Betrayal of My Own Heart
Stick your knife into my back.
I deserve it don't I?
For I'd bear the world on my shoulders for you.
I'd walk through Heaven and Hell to find you, and split myself down to the bone.
I'd swim the oceans and walk through flames.
I love you.
But you.
You wouldn't bear the weight of a single grain of sand for me.
You would travel no where to find me; you wouldn't shed a few cells to save me. You wouldn't call my name let alone swim oceans and walk flames.
You claim to love me,
but darling, actions speak louder than words.
