Last Stop
Midnight on the local bus
A little late as always
The blue-eyed boy and Ms. Fatale
On 'til the end of the line
She lifts her veil and goes down
While baby blues turn black
She leaves lipstick traces the full length
And swallows liquid pearls
Discharged at the final stop
The Metro shutting down
Faces come and faces go
She reflects, wiping her lips as she mourns.
