Halloumi. I cannot remember when the last time I had that was. Great verse. There are some things that transport me as well.

I have been bending the facts, I admit... in Istanbul it would be called hallim... and the thing that was probably halloumi we called fetta or just stinky goat cheese :)

Ha! Halloumi is wonderful fried. And, if I remember correctly, a mixture of both goat and sheep's milk? Maybe cow but I'm thinking rarely.
