Can you hear me?
a fire burns deep within,
as the pages turn
i still feel these demons,
I am concerned
I have lost my reasons,
the pains returns,
as the seasons leave us,
i learn there is no treatment,
to affirm or cure us,
our insecure features eat us,
so in the middle of a storm,
i try to sit alone in peace but,
home is where the heart grows,
so this body i will make my throne,
I know this battle is rough,
i was told told off the cuff,
i would never be enough,
but I will break this mold,
overcome giving up,
i'll give you gold,
only if you can trust,
before we are too old,
we can wake up,
go down the rabbit hole
before we are just another construct,
to encrust in rust,
i must erupt to find what i am made of.
