Gap toothed grin
with a bit of a grind sometimes
(if you’ve been skating)
Your bright eyes
catch mine and
you’ve got me

You’re a ball of energy
Larger than life
(literally I thought you
were much bigger than
you are) I always know
when you’re
around

A true gentleman you
always check in
to make sure
I’m treating myself
and notice when I
change my hair or
wear a dress

Our lives are
very different but
