What is the silence?
Realistion
the raw dawning of stark reality
for the slow learner
same patttern repeated continually
tinkle
the penny drops!
What is the silence?
Acceptance
twas a solitary dream
perhaps a fantasy
a figment of an overactive imagination
and childish thoughts
I see it now!
What is the silence?
Self preservation
protection from searing agony
of a heart continually fractured
splintered
Irreparably damaged!
What is the silence?
comfortable numbness within
a hollow internal void
soundlessness
with just
the echo of what was
but is no more x

i like dis selection howeva i feel it wudda ben betta served if u had ended it on a positive note....mayb sumthin like a correlation between silence & peace....but dats jus how my mind works....;)

I like this and I think that what I like most is the repetitive opening line. I think that makes the silence that much worse.
