Bonny and Clyde (alternate version)

Empty bottles of liquor cover the floor.

“I don’t need you Clyde.  I’m more man than you’ll ever be.”

She drops her dress and sticks out her pierced tongue.  Two Tommy gun tattoos cover her right and left arms.  She hesitates for a moment and then gestures for him to come with her.

Bonny softly says, “Come on baby, no one’s gonna catch us.  We livin’ supreme.”

Clyde shakes his head.  His hands can’t stop shaking.  Bonny gives him two middle fingers and puts her dress back on.

She laughs angrily and points a finger defiantly at him.

“The worlds’ dyin’ Clyde, you can be a pretty flower all you want with me baby!  Now if you ain’t comin’, you can die a weed like all the rest back home.”

She gestures again for Clyde to come.  He shakes his head again.

She spits in disgust at his feet, “Excuse me for wantin’ a piece of the sky.  I needa get ma pearls before I die.”

Bonny turns and opens the door and walks down the hallway.  At the start of the stairs leading down to the lobby she begins a song.

“Harlots livin’ high, sippin’ rum.  I need a man, to show me the moon.”

She reaches the lobby and screams, “Fuck you Clyde!  I loved you!”
