Do You Feel Like You're In A Trench?

Do you feel that your whole life is only half lived ??.
Keep soldiering on. Not just men - women too.

If you feel like you're in a trench and life is trench warfare,
as in WW1 just remember this: WW1 accomplished A LOT !!
The West regained, took over, the Holy Land for the first time
since the Crusades, which ended ruffly around 1200.
Between those two points (1200 and 1918)
the Christian West made INFINITE progress compared to the Moslem world
the water-treading world of Moslem darkness.
In terms of science and technology, yes,
But also in terms of the political realm:
going from medieval serfdom to the growth of the middle class,
from monarchy to American, etc, democracy.
PLUS Britain gained control over "Palestine," ie, ISRAEL.
All because Turkey (which owned that region) entered WW1
on the wrong side, the German side, and suffered the losses
That come with being on the losing side.
 
Israel would not have returned to nationhood,
like a corpse to life, without WW1. Believe that,
BELIEVE ME !!
 
So as you go thru your own personal version of WW1,
Look for the positive elements of transpiring events.
Look for the resurrection process coming along, step by step.
Yeah, the restoration of faith (Israel-like faith) in God,
the God of - you guessed it -
Abraham, Isaac and Jacob a/k/a Israel.
