Four
everything so still
the sun is long gone
nestled on the other side of life
her rooms hold shadows
of her own making
candles burning
illuminating the corners
patchouli amber incense
fills her senses
she sits in quiet
solitude letting the moments
pass without letting in
any white noise
sitting straight
cross legged, her hands resting
in her lap
just absorbing the now
her breath steady
eyes closed
feeling the warmth,
breathe in the good
breathe out the bad
a harmony of inner
rhythms, a mantra
gently escaping her lips,
"keep your head up
and your heart open,
go slowly,
be easy,
let JeJe be JeJe"
to deliver overall goodness,
well being, happiness,
and peace to all
