Loneliness - the Price of Leadership ?
It's hard to be a leader if no one will follow you,
but the test of any true leader is if they can lead the way ALONE.
But they're not all alone. For they have themselves as their first follower.
Moral of the story: if you don't follow (obey) your own self,
Then how can you claim to be a true leader? You can't.
You've GOT to remain loyal to yourself -
to make up for the betrayal of others !!
Can you believe in yourself when no one does ??!!
If not, you're as bad as the rest !!!
Think about this each day:
Before God created the universe,
All He had was Himself.
So when we're all alone, it's our big chance
to feel how God felt -
BEFORE it all began.

Made me think of Moses when I read this - how often misunderstood and rebelled against he was but his mission - to get a people in sight of the Promised Land - sustained him.

Thanx for taking time to write a note. Now that i think about it, moses was a true Christ figure.He came twice (like Christ comes twice.) I mean Moses coming down from the mountain with God was like Christ appearing at the Second Coming. Especially,because Moses came down as a judge, punishing the decadent ones. He said, "everyone on my side strap on your swords and start chopping!!" He got the people to act, to clean things up THEMSELVES. Likewise Christ, when He appears, will cause the russian troops invading Israel to fight each other, the loyalists versus the rebels(who switch over to Christ's side). The rebels then go home carrying the revolution with them(Ezekiel 38.21;Zechariah 14.13; Isaiah 66.19). All 3 passages are about the same invasion of Israel. But only Isaiah 66.19 explains just how Christ defeats the Antichrist: He gets the Russian troops THEMSELVES to do the job !! Not Christ alone - He shares the glory with mankind !!
