Beyond a Lifetime of Wonder
They say the sky is the limit, but that’s not as far,
As I flew across the universe, and saw all the stars,
From galaxies and black holes to the bright supernovas,
And asteroids and comets with a red cape on my shoulders,
That’s right, I went far into space,
What you know of is merely the surface,
Of a dark blanket which everything lies under,
Hidden within its own brilliance, excellence and wonder,
I saw it all, I stared existence in the eye,
Never concealed from me, nothing left to hide,
I stood in complete darkness, I stood in immense light,
I stood in amazing thunder, I stood in the silent nights,
But that’s not all, I travelled through time,
I was there to witness the universe in its prime,
I saw the first pyramid, the foundation of the great wall,
I watched as the universe was to crumble and fall,
The death of the dinosaurs, and my best friend was Edison,
I saw the cavemen die because there was no medicine,
But that’s not all, I gave the world peace, I gave them the solution,
I ended global warming, ceased all the pollution,
I ended the great war and all things alike,
Petite it is for me, it takes nothing but a single strike,
But that’s not all, I gave the first star, that was ever born,
The sky was filled with magnificent light, the first ever dawn,
I gave the last ever star, burning up, shrivel and die,
The end of everything, the emptiness fell and cried,
But that’s not all, I made the big bang, I created the sun,
I saw all the planets disperse, I saw them all run,
But that’s not all, I gave the stars their twinkle, and also their shine,
Held everything in equilibrium, made everything align,
But that’s not all, everything is wonderful, everything is mine,
I see the confusion in your face, as you ask, am I divine?
I have made it all, I have seen it all, but that’s not all,
I am the greatest I am brilliant, I always stand tall,
The question is, who am I? am I the king of creation?
No, I am merely a child, running wild with my imagination.[/font]
