Claim Me

Sometimes I wish you would claim me.
Instead of the talking we do,
I wish you would just reach over and grasp me.
But that is no fun,
If I were to do that you would not suffer,
And I would not laugh.
You don't laugh anyway.
Ah.
Perhaps not.
But I feel a twisting inside of my gut.
My gut.
Our gut.
The sensation makes me warm,
It is the feeling of when you are sad.
I like that feeling.
I enjoy your pain.
Why?
You must be in pain too,
And that's no fun.
Are you stupid?
I told you.
It makes me warm.
I have not felt this warm since you were twelve.
Click, click, click.
I wish you would claim me.
I wish you would give me that courage and push,
The ability to take that step over the edge,
Instead of this suffering that you put me through.
But you won't,
You never do,
Instead you go on about how you are I and I are you.
What?
Me.
What?
Me.
Excuse me?
mememememememememememememememememememememememememememememe.
Shut up.
me
Oh.
Oh.
I understand.
I get it.
Me.
Yes,
I understand.
Claim me already.
No.
Please.
Please.
Please.
In time,
I can promise you this;
Your life will not be ended by anyone other than me.
So wait patiently.
I will kill you one day.
