Something vague shines on the horizon 
But I am having trouble making it out 
Please ignite my way, burning a trail straight towards you 

Night befalls hiding within shadows 
Clever are the haunting voices 
Misguiding these paths along the trees 
Whisper my love, and I will surely follow 

Starlight lit upon darkness 
The glow of the moon is our child 
Born to resurrect the day 
Come now and rise, letting me wake with my family... 

A gentle beam in the expanse   
Like a virgin sun’s sparkle of infancy 
Extending beyond my reach,   
I tread through your shimmering dusk 

A night light switched on in the void 
Evidence that deep with 
The spin of atomic particles 
Is a pathway to understanding 

I lay in golden fields, calmed by the hush of the grass   
Wind gently breathes life into their emerald blades 
Billions of stars glint in misdirection 
Listening intently to the words I whisper 
As I bask in your hushed stolen kisses upon my face
