Summer Gone

Summer gone

Sighing wind brushes my feet, caresses my legs,
The gentle hissing of the sea, soothes my ears,
As it gently softly erodes the sand under my feet.
Heat pulses against my skin, warming my body
Banishing the winter, banishing chills and rain
My mind drifts with the sensations of summer
Reminding me of another time, another place
Another lover, who loved the sun, loved the sea
She could sit all day in the sun and watch days
Slip by, leaving behind a distant memory of heat.
And sun warmed skin and dry lips, salty to taste
Gently curved with the sensuous pleasure of
Contact, tactile sensations stirring pulses
Raising expectations, raising nipples, erection
Pulse rate, racing thundering, separating
Gasping, pushing away, people, close, not
Staring, just. Eyes locked on eyes, hands
On hands pulsing, meaning, demanding, hesitant.
Glancing away, up, up, toward the sheltering
Hedge of bush, rocks, sand dunes, shadowing
The people, the hasty, trembling, gasping
Straining of the bodies and, we rise
As one, self conscious, uncertain, ready
Not wanting to hurry, not being able to
Wait, resist, hands snake out, touch, retreat.
Stroke, caress, the shelter seems to be no
Nearer, breath catches and the slide
Noticed but unnoticed away from the gaze
Of others, penetration, her mouth, hot
Sucking takes in tongue, sucks bites
Demanding my hands stroking breasts,
Nipples tweaked, gently, roughly at her
Urging, squeezing, sliding down her sides
Hips shuddering, thrusting, hands curve
Inwards, grasping, hand sliding, along
My curve, fingers penetrate, slick, touch
Stroke, gently, forward, back, into slick
Hot darkness and grasping gasping penetration
We perform the action ritualistically,
Urgently, longingly, "now!now! Now. I need
It NOW." and she falls backwards, dragging
Me with her, spread legs guide my hips
To the target, to her aching wetness.
I/we/she gasps as we join and fuse
And we lie, fitting, joined at the
Genitals, till we cannot resist
And the age old rhythm begins, faster,
Faster. Harder. Urgent. Needing.
Breathless, arched back, slap of
Hips against thighs, We arch
Gasp and the flood comes too soon
Not soon enough. Just in time. Goes
On forever.
