The Twisted Tree

They flock together one more time
A reunion in Old Town
A rare occasion to catch up
But the name "Crow" contains some irony
Contention from the get go
Followed by intervals of peace
Thoughts of murder set aside
And ruffled feathers smoothed
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The eldest has few complaints
A successful engineer and architect
Then Sister One a triumph academically
Her professorship a thing of wonder
And Sister Two's the toughest one
A fund raiser to the stars
But the youngest bro perceives a curse
Plotting to place it in verse
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
They proclaim their love before they go
Dysfunctional but bound by blood
In lift off from the twisted tree
As satisfied as they can be.
