Beaten into Submission

At first everything was just perfect
Then my parents found out
Said that Boy better not come knocking
So I kept him one big secret
Started going to his house
Then one day everything changed
We were sitting there relaxing
Then my phone just started buzzing
My ex had just started to text me
So he went up in a rage
Calling me every name
Pushed me against the wall
Said he'd rather see me fall
His words were so convincing
I thought it was all my fault
He left so many marks
Bruised so many parts
Finally I decided to put a stop to these games
In response he smacked me against the wall
Said you're never leavin' me
Suddenly bit me
Till I started bleedin'
Backed up and watched me fall
As I started walking home
I stopped and gave him a call
I told him no more all we had was gone
At first he started swearing
Till I hung up and ended it all.
