Her Femininity Outshines the Sun

Her Femininity Outshines the Sun

My girlfriend Janie and I lay on the yellow sandy creek beach looking at the pink flow of sunrise in the eastern sky.  She reclines on her side facing me. I am supine in the sublimity of spring.
Janie, armed with fiery fingers, aims her seduction at my erogenous zone with a hypnotist stroke on my leg. Her smoky voice prays to my male deity to rise in fulfillment of her prophesy of touch.
April is about to pass into May in Natchez, Mississippi. At St. Catherine Creek the water appears on fire and sparkles in the early morning sunlight. The red clay bluffs, which tower over the opposite bank, are suffused in rosy pastel dawn light.
Puffs of mist slowly roll across the water which trickles over pebbles. The forest around the creek is alive with the chirping of crickets and tree frogs. As the sun turns from scarlet to yellow, Janie asks me, “Have you ever been skinny dipping?”
I reply, “Nope. I’m not that daring.”
Janie answers, “Bobby, you don’t know what you’re missing.”
She begins taking off her shirt and exposes her supple breasts.  I sit up and begin taking off my shirt but hesitate feeling embarrassed. I tell Janie I am embarrassed. She tugs my shirt over my shoulders giggling. Then she unzips my pants. The unmistakable feel of her electrifying feminine touch makes me visibly aroused. My resistance is quickly overcome. I stand up as Janie slips my shorts and underwear to my ankles. I clumsily step out of them.  I feel goose bumps from the early morning cool.
Now the sky is bright blue with wispy cirrus clouds.  Janie slips her jeans off along with her panties. Then she dashes into the creek with a splash. I follow her. My foot sinks into some soft mud making me tumble into the water. I feel the cool water flow over my body. Janie kicks the water splashing me.
I push myself upright, onto my feet, and crouch down gazing at Janie. I feel giddy from the excitement. I spring up like a frog, tackle Janie, and we both fall laughing into the water. I pin Janie down in the water, until she grabs my shoulders
and pushes me under her.
I look up at Janie. She is dappled with beads of water, her skin glistening like jewels in the sunshine. She leans down and kisses me lightly on the lips.
She asks, “Did you like it?”
I say, “It was better than pizza.”
Janie closes her eyes laughing. “You’re crazy. You know that don’t you?”
I pat her on the derriere, feeling her weight on my manhood.
I splash Janie. Janie says, “You’re going to get it!”
Janie shoves my head under the creek water. I shove Janie off with my hips. Janie screams and laughs, as I hold her by the ankles. Then with a steady tug on her bottom I pull her back into the water. She begins splashing water into my eyes. I curl up in a fetal position, turning my back to her. Janie says, “You’ve been a bad boy Bobby.” Then she slaps me across my bottom. The report echoes from the bluffs.
I say, “Alright, I give up. I surrender.”
Janie says, “There’s more where that came from. You better behave.”
I squat down looking at her crouched with her bottom immersed in the water leaving a wake.  I say, “You’re beautiful”
     Janie replies, “You are too.”
I say, “Hey. Let me show you the abandoned house back the woods near where I live. We can go there at dusk. It is spooky but you’ll love it.”
Janie replies, “I like haunted places. Spirits are just like people when alive. They mean no harm.”
I say, “You’ll be safe with me. Trust me.”
“You’re the most peculiar person I’ve had the pleasure to have met. I’m stuck on you like white on rice. If you run away I’ll stalk you.”
“I wouldn’t leave you for Carmen Electra.”
"You’ve got a psycho on your hands. So don’t try it” she admonishes.
“But how can you stand to be part of my madness?”
“I like crazy. You’ve got an ass fetish. That goes a long way to being a keeper in my book.”
“Yes, I am fascinated by your posterior. I’m glad that doesn’t freak you out. We were made for each other” I reply.
That afternoon we stroll the wooded lane past my house. Janie says, “I love your neighborhood. This is where I want to live with you when we get married. We could sneak off into the woods and do all kinds of perverse things together.”
“You make being grownup feel so liberating my love” I reply.
“Oh honey we’ll play house together for the rest of our lives.”
“You make normalcy enticing. Yes we could be like average people. We’ll have a couple of kids, work hard, and grow old” I say.
“Not us my love. We were born to be wild, like the song says” she says.
“We are birds of a different feather” I reply.
We walk down the street and through the gate into the forest.  We climb down the ravine to the pool of water sunk in a slick bowl shaped hole in clay. I breathe the rich smell of decaying leaves and moist clay. Sunlight blinks through fern fronds which hang from red clay walls. Water trickles down the chute and falls lyrically into the oval pool. Droplets splash melodically into tea colored water.
“When we were kids we made a mud slide here.We slid down the bluff into the pool we made with a clay dam” I share with her.
“Now that we’ve left high school behind, our games can be more daring” she grinned.
I wrap my arm around Janie’s waist. I tell her, “We’re almost there. You are brave to follow me
here. After all I am a man. But you can trust me.”
Janie slaps me on my denim bottom. “Don’t say that Bobby. You’re not like any man I’ve ever met. I’m not afraid of you. I’d sooner be afraid of a puppy dog.”
The years have slid by in surreal procession. My incipient awareness of my adult sexuality grows. The bliss our love brings me soft smile. The gnarled roots of trees intertwine with each other in exquisite nature tapestry. They are a vision of hope in this afternoon of my life.
We silently climb the out of the ravine. I push Janie’s derriere as she climbs a bluff. She says. “Please make me feel secure. You really wouldn’t take me against my will would you? I love you. I just need to know you will protect me out here. After all, a strange man could come upon us.
Would you defend me?”
“I am your knight and you are my lady. No man will molest you while in my care. And I wouldn’t even think of forcing myself on you. That is not who I am.”
Janie says, “I knew that. I just needed to hear you say it.” Her femininity outshines the sun.
The ivy covered forest floor resounds with crickets chirping, frogs croaking, and a blue jay singing. Rays of sunlight filter through the green leaves of the trees making golden splashes on the ivy. I fill my lungs with cool dusk air redolent with the smells of dirt, grass, and flowers.
The trail leads us to the house, decaying in the forest solitude. We open the door to a future we never considered. Dust motes are suspended in a silent dance. The walls are varnished in sepia sun paint. The cloudy windows intimate shadowy trees swaying in a restless forest wind waltz.
Wrinkled boots hang pendulously from rusty nails. A salt caked jar sparkles like a pauper’s chandelier. The dresser has sinuous cracks like tree limbs branching into arabesque swirls. The mattress molders in the dusty afternoon quiet. Shards of glass are scattered like diamonds in a corner shrouded by soft darkness.
A spider weaves its translucent web with its strands gathered in cathedral of death. The spider’s church shimmers in heavenly perfection. Its crystal lattice glows with holy fire. The predator of time stalks my lonely hours.
Life found purchase here once. It might be found again with caring and hard selfless work. I can hear laughter from the tree swing.
Janie looks misty eyed. Late Afternoon sunlight slants across the room. Patterns in orange dance through the window panes. The trees outside  appear blurred in reddened light paint. Shadows crawl across the floor in patterns of coal like dark clouds. The trees outside are silhouetted like ancient Titans who haunt my world with preternatural beauty.
Janie says, “We should go home. It’s dark.”
I say, “Let’s stay a while. The ghosts will visit before long.”
“I said I want to go home.”
     I reply, “Are you sure?”
She breathes deep. “My parents will wonder where I am. I didn’t tell them I was coming here
with you.”
I say, “Ok then we’ll go back. But navigating the terrain here will be tricky at night.”
She says, “Oh my God. You brought me out
here after dark because you wanted to sleep with me. You tricked me!”
“I was flying blind. I never had such intentions. I just wanted to show you this place. I promise not to take advantage of you. We can sleep here on the bed together. I won’t touch you.”
She says, “I trust you Bobby. We’ve known each other since elementary school. I know you are a good man. Do you mind if I undress for our night. I need to feel the breeze.  I won’t be able to sleep in the heat otherwise.”
“I don’t mind. I think I’ll do the same. But let’s keep our underwear on.”
Janie says, “Bobby I’m beginning to feel more comfortable with being with you here. In fact I like it. It feels romantic.”
I hug her to my chest. “Let’s disrobe and feel the wind.”
We slip out of our clothes and curl up in the bed. Janie says, “You know Bobby I lied. I was teasing you. I never felt uncomfortable with you here. It’s pitch dark now. Let’s do what lovers do in the dark.”
I say, “Yes let’s play like husband and wife.” She
slinks out of her panties. I slip out of my fruit of the looms. I continue, “Hey I don’t have any condoms.”
She says, “I’m past the point of no return. Just pull out before you come. We’ll be perfectly safe.”
Her touch is the rich earth which nourishes my roots. Her body is the open flower craving my pollen. She opens each petal of my heart with gentle persistence and lays bare my center. She gently cradles my most secret self holding the vulnerable egg of my deepest feelings. She tenderly strokes my center. The lilt of her words falls like gentle rain upon my sensate being. Each syllable is full of the sweet nectar of her ardor as I sow seeds of love in the garden of her soul.
In the distance I hear Mom’s voice calling me home. But I am an adult now. I make my own decisions. Janie falls asleep with her bottom pressed into my groin. In the middle of the night she
awakens. “Bobby, you did pull out in time? Didn’t
you?”
     “Of course.”
“Please bring a condom with you in the future. You’re a boy scout. You’re supposed to be
prepared.”
     “I will. Scout’s honor.”
Janie says, “I can sleep now. I guess we’re going steady now?”
I say, “That stands to reason.”
She says, “Are you poking fun at me?”
I reply, “Heavens no. I was just stating the obvious.”
She replies, “You are poking fun at me!”
“No I could never do that to my wife.”
“Oh I love it when you call me your wife. Please keep saying it. I need to hear it.”
“I could say it all day and night.”
     “I’ll hold you to it.”
“If any other woman so much as tries to tempt me, I’ll spank her good.”
     “You’ll be the one spanked.”
“You stripped to your panties to arouse me. You wanted to make love all along” I said.
“Of course. A girl’s got to keep a few tricks up her skirt.”
