Thoughts ricocheting against the Walls
There is always purpose in life
to give love to live life
to cherish a beloved, be cherished
Sleep eludes me, night grows old
Paths of tomorrow's journey haunt me
They're the beginning of an end
never venturing out of my home
never finding love, or achieved dreams
thats alright, I'll try again tomorrow
Standing outside the candy Store, looking
at all the sweets and candies
when you are in, indulge, in moderation
Thin wall between sadness and happiness
it rips open with each heartbreak
You choose to cry or laugh
laughter they say is best medicine
yet not so much less they
call the ambulance, for the hospital
