Reminds me of the first presidential candidate who impressed my dad, Henry Wallace. Some have mentioned the twist and turns of history are tied to Wallace being replaced by Truman, with the possibility that Wallace as president may not have approved the use of the atomic bomb.
Sadly some people have been conditioned to be very selective on how they see violence.
