Darkness and Fear

Darkness as black as black
Loneliness as far as sight
No light
No warmth
Nor care
Chaos is all that’s known
Nothingness for all that is seen
Bitter cold is all that is felt
No more trust in those around
No one knows what I know
That life is the nothingness inside
And no one cares
Darkness and fear is always around
No one dares to stay
Learning to trust no one
Is all I can do to survive in this world
