Dark America
Modifying and adjusting
Color
Flying mute and broad
With sparks flying and purpose intent
Cracks retract
And shades imbue
Freedom opens her eyes
And in contrast to society sings
In jumping, falling, ecstasies
Like a black hole with light at the end
Red strings crawl and shadows turn to skulls
The ocean swallows like sparks in a mouth
Dry grass and dead cars
Sing
