Lovers Tangle
Breathe soft against my skin,
Disturb the hairs on my chest,
Tickling without disturbing
Bodies twined, gently at rest
The peace is only broken
By the beating of our hearts
By whispers softly spoken
The twining of our hearts
It was not so but moments ago,
Fast movement, frantic urging
Too fast and then too slow
As our lust comes surging
Driving us on and on and on
To heights of rhythm. Steeple
Of lust. The most ancient song
Sung between two twined people
It starts but quietly, shyly
A touch, a glance, sunlight
Gentle eyes wander slyly
And meet eyes as bright
Hands touch, caress and stroke
Movement, languid, gently
Feeling love and then stoke
The smouldering fires of lust
Lips part, eyes widen,
Air gasped in, does not cool
But stirs the fires more
Bodies arching dive into a pool
Of desire, of hardness,
Of softness and demand.
Of yeilding and wetness
Only nature now commands.
Until at last the pinacle
Is reached. two cry out
As one and shudderig
Collapse into a lovers tangle.
Disturb the hairs on my chest,
Tickling without disturbing
Bodies twined, gently at rest
The peace is only broken
By the beating of our hearts
By whispers softly spoken
The twining of our hearts
It was not so but moments ago,

Too fast and then too slow
