A Broken Chain
My fragile mind is a broken chain,
Once hopeful and kind, now swallowed in pain,
It sinks in the sorrows,
As rusted links do,
Down to the bottom,
Left lonely to stew,
In the limitless ocean,
Who's waves can't relate,
To the hurt of a mad man,
Now broken by fate.
