MORNING AFTER NIGHT BEFORE
Warm and tender body close to mine
Lies, after a night of bliss divine,
When we did so merrily entwine
After sharing a bottle of wine.
While still in her sleep she does recline,
I feel the curve of her body's line
With fingers gently run down her spine;
She stirs, moves on me like a feline.
.
Behind the door's "Do not disturb" sign
We marvel what was the grand design
That makes two lives into one align,
While the room fills with the dawn's sunshine.
Lies, after a night of bliss divine,
When we did so merrily entwine
After sharing a bottle of wine.
While still in her sleep she does recline,
I feel the curve of her body's line
With fingers gently run down her spine;
She stirs, moves on me like a feline.
.
Behind the door's "Do not disturb" sign
We marvel what was the grand design
That makes two lives into one align,
While the room fills with the dawn's sunshine.
