Though emotions are elastic and may be stretched to certain extend, with putting too much strain on them they'll disrupt someday ... silently...unnoticed even.
Thank you, Lobo, always appreciate your wise words :-).

I like it my dear, BUT I'm wonderin'
If FELT might be a better fit than
feels? Just an opinion, either way
U rock as always! :)

Poe, my dear! Thank you so much for leaving your insightful and welcome comment! I don't know if 'felt' might be a better or even the grammatically correct option. You are the native speaker whom I thank a lot for giving me the chance to learn! If it's the case that 'feel' ist wrong, I surely will correct my version into yours. *hugs*! Is it?

We tend to lose so much time trying to cross the gap vs. walking on and meeting again.
Always look forward to your depth through brevity, Chi.

Sometimes it's worthwhile to bridge the gaps and walk on together.
We'll see what time will bring.
Thanks for your kind comment. Ahavati!

I feel honored by your words, forever_young, and much appreciate them, as I just write from my heart. If it touches you, it makes me happy. Maybe we're somehow alike ...
