America is Out to Lunch

I was talking with a Mormon the other day.
(To their credit, they're into "prepping" for the worst.)
He was going on about the danger of the gov't taking our guns away,
The second Amendment, doing away with it.
Then i unloaded on him.
Worry, Brother, more about the brain-dead gov't
doing away with the BIG GUNS,Our nuclear arsenal  
that we NEED to keep the Kremlin's zombies at bay !!
Our idiot gov't is reducing the number of submarines at sea,
Cutting back until we won't have the number  
that are needed to put fear into the Kremlin !!
We've already gone from 39 "boomer" subs (In Reagan's day)
Down to just 12 subs, think of it, a two-thirds reduction !!!
That's total insanity !!! But the News media,Hollywood, the Churches
are all silent, -- out to lunch, WORTHLESS in my book.
 
You gotta realize our gov't is even crazier than you think !!
It taking away our guns is the least of my concerns.
Giving up our missiles - now THAT is a SERIOUS threat  
to our very existence as a nation !!
 
PS: on paper we still have 14, not 12.
But the subs are divided into 3 groups of 4.
(1)4 subs in port.
(2)4 subs "on position" at sea.
(3)4 subs going out to relieve the 4 at sea
(or coming back after being relieved).
So the extra 2 subs are not being used.
So 14 actually means just 12 subs.
as part of our retaliatory arsenal.
Boy, 39 "boomer" subs, those were the good old days !!!
