To be deep and meaningful
today I say fuck it
To conjure up some sort of meaning out of the universe
today I say fuck it
To make weird words rhyme
today I say fuck it
and for people who want that fuck you

it is not because I am bitter and twisted
both probably are true
I did not wake up on the wrong side of the bed
mistake the sugar for salt
swear at the neighbor's dog
or get the usual 7 hours of sleep

I am just lazy
lazy enough
to write a poem that is all about
fuck it
The kind where all the love and care
rainbows and unicorns
all get shot!
