swallow your limbs
(the video helps bring this)
how we view ourselves in relation to movies and film:
soundtracks.
how we view ourselves in relation to other people:
noise.
it forms the background music.
when someone says you're "always" something;
i don't "always" want to be anything.
but there is always an other in you,
an internal noise.
a dualism.
it externalizes your limbs--makes them feel as if they're not your own;
an arm is
heavy
how to escape yourself?
use it.
swallow your limbs.
they can never be forsaken
as long as we're alive.
we are surrounded by others
why use our bodies to
overcome, sabotage them?
use your body to
overcome the other in you
the noise
that sabotages.
