Gullible

I seen you in a picture the other day,
I already knew I was gullible
when I told you this person looked like you.
You sit there quiet cause you knew
Quiet was in the air for few moments,
then I finally figured it out too.

I was in disbelief because this girl
wasn't the the same one who was with me
I look at you and begin to see.
You played me as a fool and used me as a tool.

I walk away because there is too much to believe.
How could I be so naive?
After all the days we spent,
After feeling as if I was finally alive.
That's all gone because the person I've been with
is living in a lie.

You didn't have to hide,you just had to be true.
I gave up my old ways just to be with you.
You helped learn to look at the silver lining
and you taught me to be treacherous.
