Fortunate

I am not like most people.
Just because I am different,
doesn't mean I flaunt it out like the others
I am not proud of being different
I am proud of being me.
It is not about who is the same or who is different.
It is about being who you are.

I have been very fortunate to have the life I live today,
everything that has been given to me and everything that has been earned,
has just humbled me that much more.
I choose wisely when making decisions
because some choices are more important than others.

I am quiet,I talk less and listen more.It is how I was raised
I respect others even when they disrespect me
because that is how it is suppose to be.
Turn the other cheek and soon their judgment they will meet.

Make the best of what is given to you,
so you can earn to make more.
Every door is open,it is up to you to close it.
