Its Been a long time...
I know you're not okay...
because... I haven't been fine.
Just knowing you're still here
Is such a Blessing
even though I know my neglect
Of you ... has been vexing
and its been
So hard... for me to deal...
So I know .. you never had a chance to heal
Soul... Dear soul of mine
I promise .... after we talk...
I'll give you some time....
Because there is such a large divide
Inside my Heart.. Inside... my mind
I allowed my Subconscious to take My
Consciousness on a Macabre Ride...and
Only just now...has your screaming
Begun to subside...
Oh From you My Lovely Soul,
The Real Me ... could never hide

I'm glad you're still around
Even after I tried
To Burn your essence
to the ground...

I'm so glad you didn't burn
I'm so very glad... instead of burning
you didn't turn... you didn't Dark
Like the spots that are left
Upon my heart....
Like the Memories that have been
Tearing...Me and You.. Apart

..looking for that forgivness from one part lf yourself from the pain inflicted from the other part....i enjoyed the sincerity of you conversation with your soul...and the inspiration behind knowing you neglected you soul and ready to make amends....enjoyed this !!

Self love is far more than spiritual survival. It's the mo important step in writing our best narrative of the journey we're on. Evaluation and treatment of the soul is overlooked yet as essential for the day as breakfast.
