I miss you
Blue to red, my dear
The right side, rare ride, so aware of that vibration that spins so near
Like Ted talks re-upping in my inner ear
Instead we talk out loud the kind of fears
That buried wouldn't stop but chalk outline the years
I carry these spots, their route and hold the mirror
Just to see how true this love is past what appears
Every kind of why, always behind my eyes
Swoons, shudders, tears
Schooner without a rudder can't be steered
Just coast to an ethereal scene, slip in our steam
Ship of dreams, giving all, sails unfurled clean
Neural beam, connected by unknown means
But you always know my scene within, where you and I have been
Actions crush passion’s crutch
No redaction, truth is what we lean
Upon, even in moving on
Still grooving to our song
Written one stroke, one burst, one note, one verse, every time we share our time, bare our minds, speak indiscreet and reach the climb…
Each danger we hurdle
No stranger to the red, our thread is plural
Chambers we sifted through
Shifting our blues, is the gift of me and you
Irreplaceable space we hold,
So even across the land your face still shapes my soul
The right side, rare ride, so aware of that vibration that spins so near
Like Ted talks re-upping in my inner ear
Instead we talk out loud the kind of fears
That buried wouldn't stop but chalk outline the years
I carry these spots, their route and hold the mirror
Just to see how true this love is past what appears
Every kind of why, always behind my eyes
