off the cuff...
I dislike shopping for clothes,
it's so difficult to know what
to get them
shop assistants are
forever asking me if I'd like to
try it on, but I don't really
think they mean it
lingerie is the worst,
I never know where to look -
although I'm guessing at the woman
in the fishmongers
is probably not the best place
and shoes -
would sir like to walk around a little
just to make sure they feel comfortable...
well of course when I came in here
I didn't intend to embarrass
the poor things...

I have made the unfortunate discovery that women's clothing sizes change brand to brand. I gave up on the pursuit of clothes in favor of flowers and a gift certificate.

it's probably best to buy
one size fits all and then
if at first you don't succeed...

totally love it, appeals to my sense of pith and wit. or is is it pith and wit? anyroadup it had me warm smiling all over the place and even had me tempted to try it on with the assistant at the local Spar - needles to say, I didn't

I once had a romantic encounter
