I want you to know;
Every masterpiece on the wall
Belongs to you
If only possible
this is what I would do
I would take one down
Bend, twist & fold
until it was round
& more precious than gold
I would compress all the colours
Into a glimmering stone
then politely ask:
If you will share my throne
Made from pure water's
to watch over & protect
Made in your honor
with love & respect
The beauty of our bond
Reflects in these jewels
& soon this whole World
will seek use of my tool's
Transforming hardwood
& tattered cloth in the nude
Into all that I've asked for
just as an offer to you...
Every masterpiece on the wall
Belongs to you
If only possible
this is what I would do
I would take one down
Bend, twist & fold
until it was round
& more precious than gold
I would compress all the colours
Into a glimmering stone
then politely ask:
If you will share my throne
Made from pure water's

Made in your honor

The beauty of our bond
Reflects in these jewels
& soon this whole World

Into all that I've asked for
just as an offer to you...
