I'm working very diligently at letting things, that are a waste of space in my brain, go. Same with worry. But sometimes, a little anxiety creeps in. Especially when you decide to change your life and career at 42!

Oh yeah, I hear ya there.  I changed at 49 from an inside management person to an on the road salesman, with no car to boot.   I get it

Great write looloo, yes peace is one of life's kpi's, but without some kind of conflict, you never have context for peace. So balance perhaps is the key. Oh and benevolence - our greatest challenge now in context of evolution is to throw off our shackles of cruelty and callousness and embrace compassion and empathy. We have transcended physical violence as an evolutionary pressure, we just need better marketing.
