REALITY
Strong as a horse and fast as lightening
Teeth don’t need any fancy whitening
Skin so smooth and hair so wild
Hormones changing inside this child
Lots of laughs through youthful years
A broken heart and lots of tears
Homework pressure induces frets
Join the gang smoke cigarettes
Never to be clown or fool
But now it’s time for leaving school
Studied hard and hit the grade
Now it’s time to learn a trade
Getting older and the body screams
Whatever happened to all those dreams
A girl would make a happy life
Then one day marry and have a wife
Time just flies both night and day
Teeth are loose and hair is grey
Aching bones and breath is out
No more dancing twist and shout
Then write about the lessons here
Tell it all and have no fear
The truth for all the world to see
That’s life it’s just reality
