Butterfly At A Funeral
The sun goes down as I slip away
Oh, such a way to end the day
The world is so lonely after dark
We always think tomorrow is so far
The end grows near, but we have so much left to say
Everyone is so afraid
Every soul is cold tonight
Yet mine is smiling because it's alright
The world itself is a pessimist
I feel I'm the only optimist
Nomality and serenity will never arrive
It took a thousand funerals to bring my heart to life
Truth be told not a soul will weep at mine
With my doings in life, I'm contemp, i'm fine
No one can ever change me
No power can rearrange me
Humanity has no life within
Filled up with only hate and sin
They're so wrapped up in the prescence of hate
While I'm in a comatose state
It's fascinating, what we can find
If only, we'd open our eyes
I hear the whispers
Of your deciet and no one differs
We're all the same, this I can see
But theres more in life that we could be.
